Best staff in this hotel. Clean room, could be larger, but comfortable. Huge TV in room was very cool. But best feature was the free breakfast. The biggest variety and amount of food, I've ever had at any hotel!! Stay here when in Butte.
Stayed one night as we were traveling through. The check in was pleasant as with all best western, rooms are always nice and the shower is powerful. I really enjoyed the cozy Hops Pub attached to the lobby and we were able to get our food delivered from the attached Perkins restaurant. All of the humans that work there are delightful.
I'm on a road trip from Eastern Oregon to South Dakota and Butte was the perfect stop-over. This BW Plus is excellent. $131.00 all-in. Best shower head and pressure ever! Rooms with tons of cool lighting and updated electronics. Finally, the breakfast was so well prepared and presented. I will stay here again.
We looked at multiple hotels but choose this one based on the reviews. We stayed here on Oct 19 and were impressed by the warm welcome from the front desk. Breakfast was amazing. After 1 week on the road, the home cooked breakfast was just what we needed. Rooms are clean, modern and beds were comfortable. One thing I will mention is that there was no bathtub in our room, just a stand up shower. I couldn’t bath my little one for her night time routine but we only stayed 1 night so it wasn’t a deal breaker.
->Perfect. Absolutely perfect!<- Check in with Allison who was super friendly. Gave us a free drink coupon (to use at their on-site bar) Room was large, clean, cozy. There's a Perkins on-site, so that was convenient for dinner (and a discount for hotel guests). Then we went to the bar/casino and had a lovely time with Jim who treated everyone who entered like the most important person in the world. Slept very well. The included breakfast was amazing! Hot food options included a mound of bacon and sausages, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cottage cheese, yogurt and so many other things! Lovingly attended by an older woman who I didn't catch her name but she was great. Lots of seating and lovely view of the mountains. And check out was friendly with Rori. For a weekday in Sept 2025, the price was about $123 USD before taxes
This place has amazing beds! The best breakfast ive had at a hotel ever and I travel for work! Build your own parfait. Waffle bar. Unlimited drinks. Built in restaurant and bar! Casino. Its like why did you have to go anywhere else! Pool and spa! Weight room! Its the only place to stay in town besides moms!
Rooms are nice, bed very comfy. However, hardly any TP or Kleenex and none at desk, so I waited over an hour and finally got a roll of TP. The lounge is nice, service was lacking. Pool and hot-tub nice, but jets did not work. Breakfast excellent with alot of variety. Lobby coffee was empty.
We have stayed in several Butte hotels for kid related athletic activities. This BW does a great job. The rooms and common areas are clean, the check in is easy with kind staff, the pool is open late/early, and the complimentary breakfast bar is incredible. What makes our stay so memorable each time is the woman in the breakfast room (I think her name tag said Mary Ann? Idk though). She is so kind, asks about how our kids did in their sports, and keeps the room so clean and the food well stocked. She makes the Butte Best Western Plus inviting, enjoyable and personal. We will be back many times!
